In-House Mold & Tooling

Mold design, machining and testing happen in our own tooling shop — so sampling is fast and mold modifications during development cost you nothing extra.

Injection Molding

Dedicated molding capacity for TPU and silicone parts, from thin-wall dust caps to reinforced clip housings with tether anchors.

Material Engineering

We select and test TPU / silicone compounds for UV stability, low-temperature flexibility and long outdoor service life at charging locations.

Quality Control

In-process dimensional checks, weight control and snap-fit functional tests on every batch. AQL-based final inspection before packing.

Packaging & Logistics

Bulk, poly-bag with insert card, or retail blister / hang card. Export documentation handled for global shipments.
