Submitting an inquiry through the Contact form does not create a binding agreement. Quotations provided in response to an inquiry are:
- ✓Valid for the period stated on the quotation document
- ✓Based on the specifications, materials and quantities provided at the time of quoting
- ✓Subject to change if specifications, volumes or market conditions change before order confirmation
A binding order exists only after both parties have confirmed an order acknowledgment in writing.
4. Samples & Production
Sample shipments are provided for evaluation of fit, finish and quality. Sample results do not guarantee identical production outcomes where specifications change between sample approval and production. Production quality is controlled per our quality procedures and the acceptance criteria confirmed with the order.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by EVPortShield or its licensors. Custom molds, tooling and designs developed for a customer’s program are the property of EVPortShield unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer-provided artwork, logos and brand assets remain the property of the customer and are used solely for the production of that customer’s order.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVPortShield is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from reliance on its content. Our total liability in connection with any product supplied is limited to the value of the affected order, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
