An IP67 charging port is only as good as its seals. We mold O-rings and gaskets for the interfaces inside charging systems — the port cover seal, connector seals and housing gaskets — with compounds selected for UV, temperature swings and long-term compression set. In-house tooling keeps sampling fast and unit cost predictable.

Seal Questions

Do you make seals for my specific connector or housing?+

Yes — send us the housing drawing or reference part, and we design and mold the seal to your interface. In-house mold tooling means faster sampling and controlled unit cost.

Which material should I use for an outdoor EV seal?+

EPDM and silicone are common for outdoor weather exposure; NBR suits oil and fuel contact; TPU offers abrasion resistance. We recommend based on your operating environment and expected life.

Can you combine seals with molded covers?+

Yes — we produce the full charging interface line, including port covers and gun covers, so seals and covers can ship from the same mold shop with one QC system.
